BUILDING INFORMATION MODELLING​

Entire has an extensive in-house drafting department that comprises 15 qualified draftsmen and women working on both fire and mechanical projects. The drafting department works in conjunction with Entire’s project managers, engineers, builders and clients to prepare accurate ‘Shop’ and ‘As Built’ drawings. Whilst 2-dimensional Computer-Aided Drafting is still widely used, 3-dimensional drafting is now becoming more prominent.

Entire’s experienced drafting department utilises the best 3D drafting technology (BIM) to produce 3D drawings of the highest quality. Building Information Modelling enables our team to detect problems commonly found in the design and installation stage. By having the ability to review models in a virtual environment before commencing with the construction phase, improves the overall onsite co-ordination, productivity and efficiency of the project.

VALUE ENGINEERING

Entire prides itself on its in-house engineering department that comprises of four experienced engineers. Our commitment to value engineering allows for a systematic and organised approach to providing the necessary functions at the most reasonable price. What differentiates us to our competitors is through our proven industry techniques that have been developed over our 34-year history. Entire’s engineers understand where material substitutions and alternative methods can be made without sacrificing performance. Upon the early review of new or existing components within the design phase, by reducing unnecessary costs where possible leads to financial improvements that our clients only benefit from.

BALANCING AND COMMISSIONING DEPARTMENT

The commissioning department manages and implements the commissioning process from design to completion on all projects undertaken by Entire Mechanical Services. Since 1994 we have employed a dedicated in-house team of technicians from a broad range of trade backgrounds providing accountability, attention to detail and ongoing support to our warranty service team beyond project completion. Over the years a broad range of projects have been completed including commercial, residential, industrial, healthcare, retail and data facilities.

During the construction period of these major projects, management of quality and deadlines is closely monitored to ensure the project completion is always on time. In extreme instances, when limits to the resources of our in-house team may prevent the achievement of these targets, we call upon a trusted network of contractors to assist under the direction of our team. In addition to providing the Mechanical Department with these services exclusively, Entire also provides commissioning for external clients that require building tuning. Our firm is NEBB certified, with qualified personnel in management, supervisory and field roles providing comprehensive expertise ensuring quality results.
